Rave 2 - a battery powered straight-run lift with a 350 lb. load capacity. Ideal for narrow stairways (folds to within 11” of the wall). Several newer features have been incorporated into this 2nd generation stairlift. Made in the USA by Harmar for Ameriglide, the Rave2 contains many of the features found on the Harmar SL600 Pinnacle model but with a much lower price tag. Our Legacy II - a battery powered straight-run stairlift made by Staying Home Corp. located in Missouri. The Legacy II has a 350 lb. load capacity. A newcomer in the stairlift field (10 yrs.), Staying Home Corp. evolved from a collection of former stairlift company professionals. Their mission was to offer a basic, but more robust stairlift. With their combined 100 yrs. of `skills & knowledge, they proceeded to incorporate the best features used across the stairlift industry to produce a lift that would “test the length of time”. So confident by their feat, they offer a Lifetime Warranty on all components (except batteries) on their Legacy II stairlift.

1 The Legacy obstruction sensors for downward trips only while the Rave2 senses in both directions.
2 The Rave's polymer screw drive is maintenance-free and provides a more smoother & quieter ride. The Legacy uses the industry's standard steel rack & pinion drive. Steel rack & pinion drives require periodic cleaning & lubrication and deliver a slightly bumpier & noiser ride.
3 The Rave2 Warranties were reduced from 5-3-1 in Spring of 2024 to avoid price increase from Harmar
